Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CryptoExchange Pro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase, sell, or hold cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access trading features, you must create an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our escrow holds the seller's cryptocurrency during a trade. Funds are released to the buyer only when the seller confirms receipt of payment. In the event of a dispute, our arbitration team will investigate and make a binding decision.
Platform fees are clearly displayed before any trade is confirmed. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 30 days' prior notice. Maker fees may be zero depending on the current promotion.
You may not use our platform for: fraud, money laundering, financing terrorism, circumventing sanctions, impersonation, hacking, scraping, or any other unlawful activity. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
If a trading dispute cannot be resolved between the parties within the allotted time, either party may escalate to our arbitration team. Our decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to release, freeze, or return escrowed funds at our discretion following investigation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoExchange Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time, subject to any open trades or pending obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
